Refund Policy

Returns Information Procedure for Returning Goods

Do not under any circumstances send the goods back without notice. The Strike Zone will take no responsibilty for goods that are sent back by the customer if lost or stolen before arriving.

If you receive goods that you purchased on line and find it to be faulty or incorrect please contact cindy@thestrikezone.com.au

 You will need to provide:
- your name
- your order number
- daytime phone number or email address
- a brief description of the fault with the goods

You will then be contacted by a Customer Service representative who will provide you with a Return Authorisation number. If an incorrect item was received we will either replace or refund at our discretion.

Returns of Faulty Goods

Goods must be returned with goods receipt to The Strike Zone store.

If the goods are found to be faulty they will either be repaired by the manufacturer or you will be provided with an equal replacement.

If the goods are found not to be faulty, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Staff who will inform you of the manufacturer's decision. In this case you will incur the cost of both the pick up of the goods and the return to you by courier.

Goods that are not faulty will not be refunded

Goods that are not faulty may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of The Strike Zone. You must notify The Strike Zone via an email to ring our store within 14 days of purchase.

You will need to provide:
- your name
- your order number
- daytime phone number or email address
- a brief reason for the exchange of the non-faulty items.

The goods must come back to us in their original packaging and condition before replacement goods are sent. Goods that are returned after use will not be exchanged or credited.

Bat  Warranty  Statement

Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened or used bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer
